In 1998, after completing my training to become a Registered Dietitian (bachelor's degree, an internship, and passing a national registration exam), I began working with a wide range of patients in various settings.  Although I learned a great deal and enjoyed the challenges, my desire remained to nurture women and their families through pregnancy and beyond.

Today, by God's grace, I have been able to apply this passion for maternal and infant nutrition and lactation through my business, nurture me naturally.  The addition of my meal planning, shopping, and cooking system, nourish me naturally, has helped me further this exciting work with countless families across the country.
